Complaints about a violation of the Election Act or Election Finances Act:
Anyone who wishes to file a complaint under the Election Act or Election Finances Act must do so formally in writing by mail, fax or email to the Compliance Division, and include their full contact information.
Please provide a detailed description of your complaint — in other words, the "who, what, when and where". Include the details of any other person who you think may be able to provide further information, and any documents that support your complaint.
Elections Ontario applies its Complaints, Investigation, and Enforcement Policy to all complaints.
