Remove A Deceased Elector From The Register
Elections Ontario receives information about people who passed away in Ontario from the Office of Registrar General.
If someone in your family, or someone you represent has passed away, their name can be removed from the register by submitting this form and including photocopies of appropriate documents as proof of death. The application form includes the full list of documents that are accepted as proof of death.
