Ontario Register of Future Voters

Elections Ontario maintains the Ontario Register of Future Voters. This register is of 16 and 17 year old Canadian citizens who reside in Ontario. Information from the Ontario Register of Future Voters is automatically transferred to the Permanent Register of Electors for Ontario when a person turns 18.

To be included in the Ontario Register of Future Voters, you must complete the form below with a photocopy of your identification, and mail it to Elections Ontario.

Only the applicant can add, update their information or remove themselves from the Ontario Register of Future Voters. Elections Ontario will not accept forms submitted on behalf of another individual, unless they are removing a deceased person from the Ontario Register of Future Voters.
