Population : 71,645

Consisting of:

(a) that part of the Territorial District of Cochrane lying westerly and northerly of a line described as follows : commencing at the southeast corner of the City of Timmins ; thence northerly and westerly along the easterly and northerly limits of said city to the southeast corner of the geographic Township of Prosser ; thence north along the east boundary of the geographic townships of Prosser, Lucas, Beck and Ottaway to the south boundary of the geographic Township of Clute; thence west and north along the south and west boundaries of the geographic Township of Clute to the southeast corner of the geographic Township of Colquhoun; thence north along the east boundary of the geographic Township of Colquhoun to the southwest corner of the geographic Township of Marven; thence east along the south boundary of the geographic townships of Marven, Thorning, Potter, Sangster, Bragg, Newman, Tomlinson, Hurtubise and St. Laurent to the interprovincial boundary between Ontario and Quebec;

(b) that part of the Territorial District of Kenora lying easterly of a line described as follows: commencing at the most northerly northeast corner of the Territorial District of Thunder Bay; thence northerly along the northerly production of the easterly limit of the Territorial District of Thunder Bay to the northerly limit of the Province of Ontario.
