Consisting of that part of the City of Sudbury lying northerly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the easterly limit of the City of Sudbury with Highway No. 69; thence westerly along Highway No. 69 to Long Lake Road; thence southerly along Long Lake Road to the north boundary of the geographic Township of Broder; then west along the north boundary of the geographic Township of Broder to the westerly limit of the City of Sudbury.
