If you plan to spend $500 or more on Referendum Advertising to promote a particular result during the referendum period it is important that you fully understand the registration and reporting requirements for Referendum Campaign Organizers.
To help Referendum Campaign Organizers understand their responsibilities, the Chief Electoral Officer has developed guidelines. These guidelines are made under the authority of the Electoral System Referendum Act, 2007.
